Eligibility for Returns:

- An unboxing video is mandatory for any return request.

- Return requests must be made within 7 business days of delivery.

- The product must be in unused condition, with all tags, labels, packaging, inserts, and accessories intact.

- Returns are not accepted for:

  * Products without an unboxing video

  * Used or damaged items

  * Products without original packaging
